Our health is deeply affected,in fact defined, by everything we consume; but we don't only consume foods and drinks. We are constantly consuming; we breathe air, that can be wonderfully clean, or can be terribly polluted; we also breathe in perfumes and chemicals we clean with.

We also consume television and radio shows - the news, dramas and factual stories, frightening things and violent things.

Our friendships and relationships also contribute to our consumption - some relationships make us feel energised and some always leave us exhausted and depleted.

It is very important to pay close attention to all we consume, and make changes where we can. A Health Coach can help lead you through all of this.
